Every paying customer gets up to 10 properties included plus unlimited team members, all 24 compliance categories, proactive action items, the 0–100 compliance score, certificate tracking and alerts, automated email reminders and in-app notifications, the multi-property dashboard, four-nation coverage (England, Wales, Scotland, NI), the mobile-optimised interface and audit-ready compliance reports.

How does usage-based billing work?

Vantage regularly syncs your active property count to its billing system. You're charged the £8.00 base fee plus £0.80 per additional property based on the highest count during each billing cycle. Add properties at any time. If you remove some mid-cycle, the reduction takes effect from the next period.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There are no contracts and no setup fees. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. We don't charge you again after the current period ends.
