Vantage costs a flat £8.00 per month for up to 10 properties, then £0.80 per additional property per month. A 100-property portfolio costs £80.00 per month.

Every paying customer gets up to 10 properties included plus unlimited team members, all 22 compliance categories, proactive action items, the 0–100 compliance score, certificate tracking and alerts, automated email reminders and in-app notifications, the multi-property dashboard, four-nation coverage (England, Wales, Scotland, NI), the mobile-optimised interface and audit-ready compliance reports.

Yes. The same pricing applies to all customers - landlords, letting agents and property managers. Everyone gets the full feature set at the same rate.

Vantage regularly syncs your active property count to its billing system. You're charged the £8.00 base fee plus £0.80 per additional property based on the highest count during each billing cycle. Add properties at any time. If you remove some mid-cycle, the reduction takes effect from the next period.

Yes. There are no contracts and no setup fees. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. We don't charge you again after the current period ends.

Yes - new customers get a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. Add your properties, see your compliance scores and try everything before you pay. You won't be charged until the trial ends and you can cancel any time during it. A demo mode is also available if you'd prefer to explore without signing up.
